The Integrated Case Management System (ICMS), a web-based program built to support probation departments in the supervision of their caseloads. This system simplifies and assists in coordinated case planning as well as case management. Built within the ICMS is the capability to interface with Behavior Data Systems, Ltd. assessments providing an avenue for the officer to develop case planning built on validated risk/needs assessment tools.

Cost: ICMS is provided free, or at no cost to probation departments that use Behavior Data Systems (BDS) tests. Probation departments that do not use BDS tests can purchase the Integrated Case Management System (ICMS) for an affordable monthly fee. For specific ICMS cost information click on Cost.

Designed specifically for probation departments by David Wegner, a retired probation officer and state administrator, ICMS is a state-of-the-art, fully-featured caseload tracking and information management system. Behavior Data Systems (BDS) ICMS research and development took five years and we anticipate annual updates.
